Returning Terminals

If you have a terminal to return to Valitor, the process is very simple.

Returning Leased or Purchased Terminals

You may need to return a terminal that you have leased or bought from Valitor because, say:

  • Your terminal has developed a fault, and Technical Support has asked you to return it
  • Your agreement has ended, and you need to return the Valitor leased equipment.

You can either return the equipment to the following address:

or contact Valitor Customer Support, who will send you an electronic pre-paid Royal Mail postage label. You must take the packaged and labelled equipment to the post office for posting.

You should package the equipment carefully, and request proof of posting or ideally, Recorded Delivery. You are responsible for the equipment until it has been received back by Valitor.


Returning Short Term Hire Terminals

If you have a Short Term Hire terminal, you will agree an end date as part of the hire agreement, and it will be stated on the booking form.

When your terminal is dispatched, or a few days before the hiring period ends (depending on the length of the hire), our Logistics partner will arrange to have the terminal collected by DPD.

The terminal will be collected from the delivery address that you provided when you hired it, unless you request otherwise. It is typically collected the day after your hire ends. You should ensure that it is packaged securely so that it is protected in transit.

DPD will affix a sticker to the parcel, and leave you with a card containing a tracking number, so that you can check that it has been safely delivered back to Valitor.
